The Beloved Baron is Back...

After a 3 trips to Nevada, with multiple disassemblies and reassemblies, our Baron Optima recumbent bike, kindly donated to the project by sponsor DTek Cycles, and essential for rider training and race warm-ups, was in need of a little professional TLC.

She’s now back from the hospital, armed with with a new bottom bracket, headset, front chainring, brake cables and fluid, chain, axle grease and a few other bits and pieces. She’ll be headed for Herne Hill soon for our new potential riders to get some hours in on her. Big thanks to the team at BikeFix for the service.
