Catesby Tunnel - final road test
Final road testing took place today at Catesby Tunnel, a 2.8km long railway tunnel, now converted to an automotive testing facility. Noah was able to put proper power down, running with the hatch lid on for the first time. We had a couple of spins caused by the positioning of the stabillisers, but these were important to avoid risking the brand new paint job just before shipping to battle mountain! The goal was to put all the transmission through its paces under load, so that if anything critical fails here, we have time in workshops to fix it before going to Nevada. Fortunately however, nothing did fail.
The team would like to sincerely thank Catesby Projects and the tunnel team for their support of the project. We look forward to working with you again in future!
